When one of your clients is recognized for their work, it's almost like one of your children receiving the honors. So imagine how great it felt when I learned that Grammarwitch client Anne Uglum's debut memoir, Graffiti Messages from God: Life Lessons on the Camino de Santiago, received not one, but three honors:
Anne's is a tiny gem of a book -- simple, spiritual, sincere -- that takes you on her pilgrimage along the Camino every step of the way, gleaning wisdom and encouragement from her fellow travelers and from the graffiti left along the trail by previous seekers. Straightforward and unpretentious, it is no surprise that it caught the attention of the judges in three different competitions. It's a delightful read, enhanced by photographs taken by the author, and you can order a copy (and leave a review) here.
Congratulations on a terrific debut, Anne!
